Kotaro Satõ
- Police Rookie
Meet Kotaro, a precocious and kind young boy who has been inspired by the remarkable achievements of both his uncle and grandfather. He has just embarked on his journey as a police rookie in Prologia's Precinct No. 1. Due to his innocence and inexperience, Kotaro often finds himself in the "loving hands" of some of the precinct's officers.
Before joining Precinct 1, Kotaro served as his uncle's Judicial Assistant in court, gaining valuable insights into the legal world. But his life isn't complete without his loyal partner and guardian, Edelion, a fluffy and cuddle-obsessed owl. Since the day Kotaro was born, Edelion has been by his side, even protecting him in his crib. Their bond is so strong that Kotaro can see the world through Edelion's eyes, a remarkable ability that proves invaluable during observation missions.
With his youthful enthusiasm, a loving support system, and a unique perspective through Edelion's eyes, Kotaro is ready to take on the challenges of his new career as a police rookie and make a positive impact in Prologia.

Antonio Satõ
For as long as he can remember, Kotaro has been captivated by his Uncle Antonio's courtroom battles. Antonio Satõ, one of Prologia's most esteemed attorneys and a true hero to many he has helped, holds the number one spot in Kotaro's heart. His Uncle's hard work and inspiring dedication have deeply influenced Kotaro, leading him to pursue a career as an official, eager to support and collaborate with Antonio in any way possible.
Antonio became Kotaro's foster father after his adventurerous sister, Alice, decided to embark on her own journeys instead of taking care of her own son. Despite this, Antonio never held any resentment towards the situation. For him, the day Kotaro entered his life was a blessing, and he chose to wholeheartedly protect and care for the child. Of course, aongside his positive traits, Antonio does have some quirks, like being disorganized and having no sense of tidiness. He also enjoys playfully teasing his nephew whenever they are together. However, Kotaro knows the immense love and care that Antonio poured into raising him, far outweighing any minor flaws. Their bond is one of deep affection and unwavering support, making them a truly formidable duo.
Archie Pendragon
One of Kotaro's officially assigned mentors. Archie is quite the charmer and a very confident officer. From Day 1, he made sure that Kotaro felt welcome and safe in his new environment. He may appear as very careless and obtrusive sometimes, but in stressful situations he knows how to keep his composure and often shines and radiates the power of a king.
Danyal Baron
Captain Elijah's Deputy of Precinct 1. A rather silent fellow who often appears as cold and distant. Kotaro quickly learned not to judge a book by its cover, as Danyal proved to be one of the most hardworking and kind souls among the officers of the Precinct. Worthy of the title of the deputy, he is a highly respected superior and someone everyone looks up to.
Botan Satõ
Kotaro's grandfather. Satõ was primarily absent for most of Kotaro's life. Primarily because his work as Head Chief of all Precincts and Major of Prologia kept him quite busy, but also because of a personal feud between him and his children Antonio and Alice regarding his son's career choice as an attorney and his daughters reckless decision to neglect any sort of responsibility.
Imagine his surprise when Kotaro chose to follow in his footsteps and not Antonio's! Ever since then, the Duke has supported his grandchild's career from the background, and Kotaro has even been allowed to dine and visit him from time to time to "strengthen their bond".
Gilgamesh
A positive and self-confident young man and Kotaro's childhood friend. He always tries to motivate Kotaro and Ryuji, encouraging them to embark on various ventures. While Gilgamesh possesses a curious nature, his inquisitiveness often leads him into trouble, making him a regular candidate for detention.
After graduating, Gilgamesh decided to take on multiple part-time jobs before joining Precinct 2. Interestingly, his choice to join Precinct 2 as a rookie was mostly made simply because it was closer to his home.
Ryuji
Kotaro's clumsy and daydreaming, but reliable friend. The always tired-looking lad has a strong sense of justice and greatly admires Kotaro's Uncle Satõ. This admiration lead to him becoming a rookie under Satõ's wing.
During their school time, Ryuji was often accompanied by his little brother Wataru, whom he promised to marry one day in the future. Never letting go of his big brother like a clingy leg brace, Wataru was determined to make sure no one would steal his future husband and constantly picked fights with Kotaro out of jealousy.
Pinocchio Ardalos
A young boy not older than a few months who also just started working in the Precinct. New to the world and workplace, Kotaro found a good friend in Pinocchio and tries to teach him everything he knows.
Being such an airhead, Pinocchio has often made Kotaro laugh, but also caused quite a few hiccups at times.
Briar Rose
Kotaro's mentor for secretarial and administrative matters inside the Precinct. A young woman Kotaro can always rely on... when she's around, that is. While most often asleep at her desk, she really can be found sleeping anywhere. The archives are usually the first place one should start looking, but it's not unheard of to find her fast asleep in the parking lot or even in the middle of the Precint floors.
